Norfolk Fair Mini Sessions || October 3 & 4, 2023

I cannot remember a time when I didn’t love the fair.

Growing up in a rural community, fairs, specifically agriculture fairs are a huge thing. You go with your family when you’re young, then you graduate to going with your friends, then on dates, and you even drag your out of town partner to them to show them what it feels like to be from your hometown. Or at least that’s what I did.

However you go, it’s a big event. And in my hometown, the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show is the biggest of them all. Held every year on Thanksgiving, it’s got concerts, tractors, animals, giant pumpkins, a midway, you name it! Personally I’ve always loved the animal barns, because I’m a sucker for animals in costume, or funky looking chickens.

This year I’m thrilled to announce Mini Sessions at the Norfolk Fair! Bring your family and get fun filled portraits in a colourful and dynamic environment. This is perfect for the family or couple who don’t want to commit a whole day to a photo shoot, and would rather tie it in with something fun. Kids will love it, and even the grumpiest of Dads will have to smile.

While these are mini sessions, the fair has so much to offer that it’s a bit more customizable than normal. We can take photos in the midway, up on the bleachers, or even sharing a cotton candy! Whatever fits your family best, and fits into the time limit, is what we’ll do. After booking, I’ll chat with you to figure out where we should meet, and we can plan from there!
